Who needs an Affirmative Action Plan?

1) Federal Contractors and/or subcontactors with $50,000 in contracts and 50 or more employees, and Financial Institutions in general with 50 or more employees, are required by regulations to maintain Affirmative Actions Plans on an annual basis.

2)The Federal Government has identified these Federal Contractors and/or Subcontractors.
