I am happy to report that we have received the closure letter from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) today. It looks like we can finally put this one to bed. Again. I appreciate all your help on this, both in terms of the original plan and submissions, as well as your timely follow through on the additional requests that were made for clarifications.
